Data controller

What data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, optional company, message body.
- Email / phone: data you choose to share in the message body.
- Cal.com booking: data submitted to Cal.com when booking a call. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
- Server logs: IP address, user agent, URL — kept for 30 days for security.
- Cookies / analytics: GA4 + Microsoft Clarity (after consent). No consent = no analytics data.
Purpose of processing
- Replying to messages and conducting commercial conversations (basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Site analytics for content improvement (basis: consent — GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Site security and protection against attacks (basis: legitimate interest — GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who we share data with
Site infrastructure is hosted on MyDevil (FreeBSD, Poland). Analytics — Google (GA4) and Microsoft (Clarity) after consent. Form submissions are not shared with third parties — they go straight to admin@fewtokens.pl.

- Right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing.

- Right to object to processing.
- Right to withdraw consent (cookies).
- Right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
